To download a CSV file of all of your California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) opt-out records, go to My Account > Subscription > Download CCPA Opt Outs.

You will see a pop-up that your CCPA opt-out export is being generated and will be emailed to you.

In the email, click Download here. The CSV file includes the email, zip code, and opt-out date for the CCPA opt-outs as of the date shown in the email (ex. Sept. 8, 2023).

After downloading the file, remove these emails from your email marketing platforms or any other systems where you may be required to remove emails per the CCPA and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
