Run a Grow Revenue report in Klaviyo
Updated over a week ago

If you are a client who has onboarded before May 23rd 2024, please skip to the Creating a Grow Revenue report (account onboarded prior to May 23rd 2024) section to get started.

If you have collected contacts both before and after this date, you will need to create two separate reports. More on that below.

Creating a Grow Revenue report (account onboarded after May 23rd 2024)

1. To run a mail and placed-order report for net-new leads from Retention.com in Klaviyo, go to Custom Reports > Create from scratch in Klaviyo.

2. Select Multi-Metric Report from the top drop-down, name it Grow Revenue Report [Retention], and configure these metrics.

Received Email > Total > SUM
Opened Email > Unique Profiles > SUM
Clicked Email > Unique Profiles > SUM
Marked Email as Spam > Total > SUM
Unsubscribed from Email Marketing > Unique Profiles > SUM
Placed Order > Value > SUM
Placed Order > Total > SUM

3. Click Add Group By.

4. Set the Group of Filter field to ‘Your Account ID’ where Your Account ID equals 'email'—and use Last 365 Days by Month. Click Save & Run Report.

'Your Account ID' is a string of 5-6 numbers unique to each account (I.E. 12089).

If you do not know your Retention.com Account ID, please reach out to support@retention.com so we can provide it to you.

5. This will show how the Grow Contacts are generating revenue. This does not include any existing users who triggered a Reclaim flow.

That is all! You can now use this report to see how your Grow contacts are performing throughout the months.
